Ok. I am buying a house. I never knew just how crazy this can be. Now I am a good person. I pay my bills on time and do what I am supposed to do. Recently went thru a divorce only to find out my ex husband stuck me with the second mortgage on his house. He got out if it by bankruptcy. Oh joy! So because of this I cannot get traditional financing. So I researched and found private financing. Then I found the perfect house. Made a bid and lost it. Looked again found a similar house, made a bid and got it. Do now I am waiting to close on my first house!!! My stomache is churning with butterflies. Ideas if what to do with my cute little house are flitting around in my head. I can't wait!!!
